Wear The Smile That Perfectly Suits You

At the German Dental Center in Dubai, clear ceramic braces are a popular choice among patients of any age looking for confidence and freedom to smile. They are a less visible type of braces made of ceramic alloys matched to the colour of your teeth. Conscious individuals can opt for these nearly invisible braces without attracting much attention to their orthodontics.

Ceramic braces are an alternative to traditional metal braces. An orthodontist to help realign and straight teeth use them. They were introduced in the ’80s and were called clear braces. That is true because ceramic braces are a less visible type of brace. Ceramic braces have the unique feature of providing both cosmetic and aesthetic appeal. The braces or brackets in ceramic are clear or tooth-coloured and blends in with the teeth, thus hiding them from plain view. Clear or tooth-coloured wires can further erase their noticeability. Ceramic wires are tougher, durable and don’t stain easily because they are made from high-quality material.

Metal brackets or braces are traditional braces. They are the customary orthodontic treatments for children and teens. Commonly referred to as train tracks, they have been upgraded and modernized than ever before. Modern metal braces are smaller and less noticeable, visually appealing and comfortable than ever before

Which Cosmetic Dentistry Procedure is Right For Me?

What is the process of getting metal braces?
  • On your initial consultation in our clinic, your dentist will examine the condition of your teeth and gums. Professional cleaning or other treatments will be recommended if needed.
  • Once your teeth are cleaned and any gum/teeth problems are addressed, X-rays and photographs will be taken by your orthodontist to evaluate your teeth structure properly. If there is tight spacing in between your teeth, spacers may be placed to prepare for braces.
  • Your orthodontist will be cleaning and drying your teeth before attaching the brackets, or the small metal devices that hold the archwires on your teeth.
  • To attach the brackets, a small amount of non-toxic adhesive is placed on each tooth and cured by blue light to set it. The brackets will then be placed on each of the teeth.
